"This very large hotel complex had everything one might need for a terrific family holiday. Room was large with a balcony that overlooked part of the beach and all of the pools. There were water slides, a lazy river, adult only warm pool, and a family cold pool. The beach was wide with access to one lounge chair and umbrella. The beach is crushed coral with larger, rough pieces in the water. A Japanese bath is available. The restaurant had a huge assortment of local foods with a small assortment of American foods. They cater to families so provide child size plates, cutlery, bibs, baby food (on request), and high chairs. Local entertainment was available on the weekend. Resort was clean, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, rooms were pretty quiet. "

"Upon checking in, there were no staff and I had to wait around for 45 minutes. Then when checking out, I simply wanted to get a cup of water at a cooler next to the front desk and was told it was for hotel guests only. So 2 minutes after checking out, I’m no longer a guest?
