Great hotel, decent rooms and good location. However the reception staff were not accommodating at all and quite blunt/rude. This was not the case for all staff, e.g., the ladies at the baggage service were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very busy during my stay in October this year ...

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
The entire staff are very nice and very helpful! Our room was quiet and very clean with a nice view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from Shinagawa Station making our travel needs very easy to meet.

Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori
Our stay was awesome! The room is clean and staff especially at reception are very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train station, a mall, Family mart and restaurants. This is our second stay with Tmark and we’ll stay again here next year.
