" Beautiful place, excellent room. Only issue was not enough towels, no soap and the drinking glass had lipstick marking on it. So it seems that the cleaning crew needs to pay better attention. Overall the place is magnificant and I would definitely recommend to friends."

"very comfortable, great location, very modern feel. would definitely stay again. the only caveat being you have to book the car park through an app. when we came back late on Friday, there was only one space left, and not in the Hyatt area. this was a little unsettling."

"Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. "We have stayed here a few times now as it is convenient for family visits. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are comfortable and warm (last days of December!). Over the years, the management has invested in the site and it now has a gym, which we could have used if we had known about it. Definitely planning on return visits!"
