"Whole place could do with a really good deep clean. Rooms basically wiped over not really cleaned each day. vacuuming done one morning in restaurant whilst guests had breakfast. "This is a great hotel with great location and nice staff. Pool Is small but very nice and spa like. I would come back for sure. My only complaint is the air did not work and it was very unusually hot. They did bring a fan which helped a little."

"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"
