"Everything was perfect! Location, quality of the facility, service by the front staff, amenities. Super clean and quiet. I stayed on the ground level facing the front parking so never open the curtain though didnโt bother me at all since I stayed only one night. Highly recommend to anyone including family."

"Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didnโt want to hurt myself trying to carry them down. "

"The views of the ocean and the room I booked overlooking them were beautiful. My room was clean, comfortable and well set up. The location is convenient with enjoyable shopping and attractions nearby. The amenities of the hotel were great, with onsen and the lobby has a gift shop, bar, arcade huge seating area and overall a cool aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful ocean view. The staff working there were all incredibly courteous, friendly and kind people who made the stay really enjoyable. Really appreciated their exemplary customer service. Looking forward to my next visit here, and to stay longer next time! "

"Itโs an older hotel, not located anywhere convenient or near major sightseeing spots, but quite nice. Hardly any foreign tourists when I stayed, so if you want to experience the good old Japan (that is becoming increasingly difficult to find), here is the excellent option."
