"Clean hotel and room. Excellent customer service and lovely Spa area with no time limitations. The Spa was only ten pounds each extra on top of our 3 night stay to use whenever we liked between 6am and 8am. Amazing x Breakfast was a variety of foods and was very delicious x"

"Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic two-night family break at the Cumberland Hotel. We booked a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, and used Tesco Clubcard points which was a great bonus. We arrived just before check-in, easily found parking, and were warmly welcomed.
