"Great location (directly adjacent) to the National Stadium and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) of numerous trains for quick and easy access to all of the amazing sights of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 16 day Japan visit (Family of 4). Rooms are small (typical for Major cities) and double pane windows block out all outside noises. Views from all of the rooms are good except those on low floors looking directly at the highway."

"A very pleasant hotel for a 12 night stay in September 2025. Very clean, safe, comfortable rooms and good food at breakfast. Like most nice Tokyo hotels food in the restaurants is expensive. $11 CDN for a Coke Zero! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the subway is nearby. Overall a nice place"

"Staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. Hotel was smart & clean. Located next to Higashi-Shinjuku station,useful for getting to Shinjuku, Harajuku & Shibuya. Highly recommended"

"Really friendly staff, cleaning team extremely thorough, nice bar. Could do with more washing machines, the the wallpaper in my room was starting to come off the wall (not in a damp way, more that it’s been there a while). I have no bought that will be fixed asap."
