They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!"
