Las instalaciones, limpieza y servicio del hotel son, sin duda, las mejores en Coatepec. El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno, con opciones para todos los gustos y una sazón muy buena. Es un poco incómodo el ruido que se escucha en las habitaciones por la resonancia que la arquitectura del lugar tiene. Nada grave pero mejoraría mucho si usaran ventanas aislantes acústicamente.

Excelente opción de hospedaje y muy buen desayuno, ubicación muy céntrica, solo que me gustaría que tuviera una TV de al menos 50 pulgadas y una maquina de hielo en la propiedad, ya que no cuentan con este último servicio.

Un hotel muy recomendable

Excelente ubicación, staff muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda pero las de tapan o no recomendables para personas mayores ya que las escaleras son muy estrechas y puede ser peligroso. El hotel y el desayuno excelentes.

El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades para tener una estancia confortable, tiene aire acondicionado muy conveniente porque hace mucho calor, la atención del personal muy buena y el desayuno incluido a la carta está delicioso y muy buen servicio. Regresaré!!

La habitación que me asignaron inicialmente es muy peligrosa la cama esta en un tapanco con acceso por escalera muy reducida y sin barandal con riesgo de resbalar. Ademas el costo por expedia es mas caro $1,800 que en el mostrador sin reservar $1,500 normalmente es al reves.

El cuarto, aunque pequeño para cuatro personas, nos vino perfecto. Los desayunos estuvieron deliciosos, sobre todo la picada gigante y las dobladas Coatepec. Es un hotel muy céntrico, llegas al Parque central en menos de 5 minutos. Los restaurantes de los alrededores son muy ricos, y el camión que va a Xalapa sale de la esquina. La presión del agua estuvo perfecta, el servicio a la habitación rápido y en general una muy buena estancia. La única desventaja es que, si se les acaba espacio en el estacionamiento, tienes que dejar tu auto en la calle. Solo es cuestión de pedir que te avisen si se llega a desocupar algún espacio.

Podrían mejorar algunos detalles.

La habitación muy cómoda, El desayuno excelente. La atención en la recepción buena, sin embargo, pedimos una habitación para tres personas y sólo había Servicio y toallas para dos. En la otra habitación que se pidió para cuatro personas, lo mismo. Además, pedimos una toalla más para la cara o manos y nos fue negada aún cuando la estancia fue de dos Noches.
