"When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. It took 15 minutes and a phone call to the corporate office for someone to show up. She was out in the parking lot cleaning up glass. In her defense, she can't be in two places at the same time. There should have been a second staff member on the property to assist with maintenance issues. "The renovation is very annoying and noisy. Checked in, could not get a nap in to do carpet, stripping and trim work being done in my area of the hotel. In addition, some kind of backup in the plumbing caused a backflow of what I can only describe as something into the sink in the vanity."

"It was a convenient location and the breakfast they offered was pretty good. They did not always continue to put out some food items that they ran out of before 9:00 a.m. There was a small candy wrapper on the carpet when we checked in which I left to see if they would vacuum. They did not vacuum while we were there but they did clean the bathroom. One day they did not clean the room so I was able to get clean towels that evening for the next morning. They had a problem with the room keys. ...

"I loved Christine, the gal who checked me in. I was assigned I think the best room in the building. Everything was perfect. Everything. The breakfast was beyond perfect. Something for everyone and the coffee was excellent. I’ll return ASAP. I loved the spacious large comfy room. The heater was wonderful too as I got wet and cold attending an outdoor Red Rocks amphitheater concert and it rained. Thank you for being there when I needed a place to stay in Lakewood CO. I’ll be back. GV."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, and I liked the little chocolate chip muffins. The hotel was super convenient for a stay after a show at Red Rocks, and there was a Dennys just across the street open 24 hrs for late night munchies. I would stay here again."
