Parking, access were issues.

Parking was a real problem...apartment only good if you travel to Wurzburg without a car and also apartment up two and a half flights of stairs without an elevator in the building. Not good for elderly or handicapped because of the stairs. You have to carry your luggage up and down by yourself. Also, we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come and let us into the apartment. Only good for people who can call by phone on arrival to be let into the apartment. For us international guests not good beause the landlord lives far away and is not on site and his housekeeper also does not live in the building. Hard to access the apartment or get help when any problems arise during the stay. We had serious issues with parking. We rented a parking spot for 5 Euros and our spot was taken by another car. We parked behind that car and were almost towed away. Parking is an additional expense and doesn't work out.

Home away from home !

Lovely apartment on 2nd floor walk up in quiet area. Close to efficient German trams that run regularly. We spent 4 nights at this little gem and would certainly not hesitate to recommend.
