"Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view. "

They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. "Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. "our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. "I had a very nice stay here. The family that own the hotel are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to look after me. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the Aircon kept me cool. There are lots of shops and places to eat on their street. I would definitely stay there again."
