Basic hotel, wonderful town

Arrived 2pm and had to use outside booking facility even though a member of staff was inside the hotel behind a locked door! Staff (male) not very friendly. Basic hotel, good breakfast, 50 minute walk into a beautiful town. The town is stunning with architecture, shops and good food.

A nice property with a courteous staff. The room was small but well designed. The hotel is located in a very good location, adjacent to a tram stop that takes you right into the Old Town section. Amenties such as a liquor store, gas station convenience mart and a full market were within easy walking distrance. Additionally, a short walk in the other direction led us to a nice german pub with inexpensive beer and tasty pub grub. The only thing that prevented me from giving five stars was the fact that the room air conditioning did not work on a day where the temperature peaked at over 90F. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this property

Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! Breakfast is pretty good an probs worth the extra few quid! All in all a good stay, shame beds are hard/memory foam! Balcony was a nice touch, a little cramped but an outside space at least…

Air conditioning is a problem if you do not understand that you have to request this in advance. Furniture in the room is probably the cheapest they could find. The only person that was exceptional is the one women who works in the breakfast area and works like three personnel. She is originally from Hungary and should be promoted and given a raise. She provided amazing service. The other good thing about the place is the laundry service which the house keeping team does for the customer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super , da die Straßenbahn 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist in Richtung Altstadt. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war noch alt möbliert, was für uns seinen charm hatte.Es war sehr sauber, allerdings waren die Kaffee und Teezubehör aufgebraucht gewesen und für uns nicht nachgefüllt( für uns nicht notwendig). Wir würden es weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen.

Mycket dåligt bemötande vid sen incheckning Vi anlände cirka kl. 23.30, efter att receptionen hade stängt. Utanför entrén fanns en automat för digital incheckning, men den fungerade inte med vår bokning från Hotels.com. När vi ringde hotellets support blev vi arrogant och otrevligt bemötta. Personen hävdade att vi hade gjort fel och att hotellet redan hade skickat all nödvändig information. När vi frågade vart informationen hade skickats fick vi inget tydligt svar. Först sa han att han inte kunde hjälpa oss, trots att vi stod utanför hotellet sent på kvällen med en giltig bokning. Efter en längre diskussion fick vi till slut hjälp och kunde checka in. Han sa även att parkeringen var full, trots att vi hade hittat en ledig plats. Vi fick parkera där om vi betalade avgiften, vilket vi gjorde. Rummet saknade luftkonditionering och var mycket varmt. Vi fick sova med balkongdörren öppen. Det värsta var det arroganta och ovilliga bemötandet när vi behövde hjälp. Vi kommer aldrig att bo här igen.

Ok badeværelse. Ingen air-condition på værelset. Der står heller ikke at de har det og det er måske mig der tager fejl når jeg efterhånden forventer det som standard. Trafiklarm kan tydeligt høres også fordi vinduet måtte stå åbent pga varmen, men sådan er det jo tæt på en større vej. Usædvanligt kedeligt kvarter. Morgenmad bedre end frygtet. Lidt ærgerligt at vi dels blev lovet at have en reserveret parkeringsplads til opladning af bil men den var så taget af andre gæster da vi kom. Godt at batteriet ikke var kørt helt i bund for så havde vi haft et problem. Til kommende Tesla-netværks brugere så anlægges der et ladestationsanlæg på den anden side af gaden.

Das Garage war Katastrophe überall Müll und so gut wie kein Platz für 12.50 € am Tag eine Zumutung. Das Bad hat auch schrecklich gerochen wie eine Kloake. Sehr wenig Extras für die Gäste. In anderen Hotels gibt’s wenigstens kleine Notfall Päckchen im Badezimmer. Sehr enttäuschen für über 400€.

Godt hotel til transitovernatninger

Godt hotel til enkelte overnatninger. Ringe plads til den store bagage til ferien. God morgenbuffet og gratis parkering er værd at bemærke. Det er oplyst at stedet har restaurant, hvilket ikke var tilfældet da vi ankom. Svært at finde spisesteder lige i nærheden.

Wir könnten am Ende leider doch nicht reisen. Da die Stornofrist abgelaufen war, mussten wir den Trip bezahlen. So weit so gut! Leider war es sehr aufwendig an eine Rechnung zu kommen. Am Ende habe ich 3-4 mal mit dem Hotel telefoniert. Jetzt nervt man mich ständig mit Mails, dass ich keine Übernachtung bewerten soll. Sorry, leider kein guter Service. Bei einem sehr guten Hotel hätte ich zudem etwas Entgegenkommen bei dem Umstand, dass wir kurzfristig das Zimmer nicht mehr benötigt haben, erwartet - z.B. Angebot des Verschiebens der Übernachtung um eine Woche.
