Basic hotel, wonderful town

Arrived 2pm and had to use outside booking facility even though a member of staff was inside the hotel behind a locked door! Staff (male) not very friendly. Basic hotel, good breakfast, 50 minute walk into a beautiful town. The town is stunning with architecture, shops and good food.

A nice property with a courteous staff. The room was small but well designed. The hotel is located in a very good location, adjacent to a tram stop that takes you right into the Old Town section. Amenties such as a liquor store, gas station convenience mart and a full market were within easy walking distrance. Additionally, a short walk in the other direction led us to a nice german pub with inexpensive beer and tasty pub grub. The only thing that prevented me from giving five stars was the fact that the room air conditioning did not work on a day where the temperature peaked at over 90F. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this property

Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! Breakfast is pretty good an probs worth the extra few quid! All in all a good stay, shame beds are hard/memory foam! Balcony was a nice touch, a little cramped but an outside space at least…

Air conditioning is a problem if you do not understand that you have to request this in advance. Furniture in the room is probably the cheapest they could find. The only person that was exceptional is the one women who works in the breakfast area and works like three personnel. She is originally from Hungary and should be promoted and given a raise. She provided amazing service. The other good thing about the place is the laundry service which the house keeping team does for the customer.

Godt hotel til transitovernatninger

Godt hotel til enkelte overnatninger. Ringe plads til den store bagage til ferien. God morgenbuffet og gratis parkering er værd at bemærke. Det er oplyst at stedet har restaurant, hvilket ikke var tilfældet da vi ankom. Svært at finde spisesteder lige i nærheden.

Wir könnten am Ende leider doch nicht reisen. Da die Stornofrist abgelaufen war, mussten wir den Trip bezahlen. So weit so gut! Leider war es sehr aufwendig an eine Rechnung zu kommen. Am Ende habe ich 3-4 mal mit dem Hotel telefoniert. Jetzt nervt man mich ständig mit Mails, dass ich keine Übernachtung bewerten soll. Sorry, leider kein guter Service. Bei einem sehr guten Hotel hätte ich zudem etwas Entgegenkommen bei dem Umstand, dass wir kurzfristig das Zimmer nicht mehr benötigt haben, erwartet - z.B. Angebot des Verschiebens der Übernachtung um eine Woche.

Das Zimmer wirkte sehr alt und verraucht. Es hat nach kalten Rauch gerochen und das war sehr unangenehm. Auch war die Sauberkeit nur okay.

Bra läge för övernattning när man är på genomresa. Andra gången vi bor där men det blir sista. Frukosten är OK. I badrummet blinkande lysröret hysteriskt och duschdörrarna släppte ut vatten på hela golvet. Dörrarna öppnades ut mot handfat och toastol vilket gav en otroligt trång öppning.
