Hotel berdekatan Wright Park

"Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and had several options for each meal. The location was very close to Wright Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Gardens. All must see destinations."

We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. "Beautiful property near downtown Baguio. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Best coffee I had during my Philippine visit. Walkable to Mines View and also downtown or easy access to a Grab if prefer to ride. Room was very clean. Beds are hard, so just be aware of that if that would be an issue. Would definitely stay again. Love the area."

"Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs."

"Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. "Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!"
