"Although the hotel facilities were good and the location was very central, our room was above the bar which was a club on Saturday night. The music was really loud till midnight. Although the web site mentioned that they had a DJ, we hadn't expected to be right above it."

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. "Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. "Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly."
