The reception staff only seemed to greet you if you spoke to them. The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly. The room was in need of a makeover and upgrade. The room was dated and there was a smell from the restaurant that emerged into the bathroom. The smell was not pleasant. The tv in the room was poor, the sound seemed to go off a lot and...

"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!"
