"Our favorite experience ever at a Hilton Hotel. Above and beyond staff and service."

"The hotel was marketed as” Hotel Blu” but it’s really motel 6!!! Also it is a 1/2 star place, uncomfortable bed, poor shower and some black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom."

"Dirty property, unfriendly staff. Hot tub didn't work. Toilets were clogged. Dirty bandaids left in the pool area for over 24 hours. Beds were not comfortable. Broken furniture. Breakfast was poor. Checked out early to how poor this property was managed."

"I booked the rooms because it said the pools were open online, but they were not. They said they would open in a week or so. I was disappointed that the information online was not accurate. I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. The soap machine ate my coins and did not dispense anything, and the front desk did not reimburse me. I had to walk to a gas station for more change to wash, as the front desk does not...

"The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring."

"Only stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue was they were out of some of the breakfast foods early. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"The hotel was under staffed rooms were old and creepy TV remote broken lights had no plug on them just bare wires. Swimming pool had maybe a foot of water in it"

"This place was "fine". Double queen room did have a refridgerator and microwave which I don't believe that was on the website. The bathroom was old and needs a renovation."

"The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I"

"Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back"

"Great for those a tight budget. Clean, comfortable and convenient to Columbia shopping and restaurants. Few amenities. Only electrical outlets was over the bathroom sink. "

"The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily."

"The rooms were very clean and the gym was the biggest and best I have ever experienced in my travels. The location was great and the staff were very helpful and courteous!"
