Hotel Dekat Woodstock Arts Theatre

"Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road."

"Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms."

"You get what you pay for. TV in room didn't work. No problem, I just needed a place to change clothes and nap."

"Upgraded furniture, bedding, mattress, flooring, sink and towels were nice. Bathtub and shower curtain could be replaced. There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell in the room on arrival. Not sure if it was cleaning products trying to cover an underlying smell. The bed was newer and comfortable with clean white sheets. AC worked well. Quiet for sleeping."

"They charge customers for toilet paper choice hotels don't usually do under miss management and it has roaches my stove was broken never fixed."

"It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination."

"For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again."

"Tv remote only work when within 2 feet Gfi plug was broke and didn't work Stand between bed not secured and rocked when touched Huge gaps letting in light and winds when the door was locked Bathroom was only big enough for a toilet, 1inch gap for the door to swing in Ice machine ran out Table was sagging Bathroom faucet hole was cut too big allowing water to collect and mold Window shade dirty moldy Phone was missing buttons and face plate Worst hotel ever stayed in"

"Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds"

"Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was your usual waffles, cereal, yogurt fruit options. Would stay again if I was passing through, but probably not for a longer stay."

"The water was shut off one of the days we were there. I had a job interview. The pool was empty. There was no notification of that when you booked the property or when we checked in my room wasn’t clean for three days and when I went down to get more towels. They told me they didn’t have any. My AC also broke which The Guy came and fixed. He was amazing by the way that was the only thing that worked out."
