"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "This hotel is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about kind. Dion was AMAZING!! Room is very clean. Only downfall, parking is valet only. Room service was nice as well..I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return."

"The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why."

"Great location. There is a really good restaurant on site. It's close to Bethesda downtown and Rockville. They offer shuttle service to Bethesda. I didn't use the pool or fitness center. The only trouble I had was trying to order room service."
