"We arrived 945pm to a quick but brusque check in. Tired, we faced a shower with lukewarm water. Next morning, the water was warmer but only a little. The toiletries were Dove brand creamy, oily, ineffective and in squeeze bottles fixed to the wall. The rooms floor layout is mazelike and while there are many marked Exits, none indicated whether it led to the elevators. Neither was the route to the elevators clearly marked. It was poor value for the price."

"DIRTY. The carpet left my socks black like charcoal. cobwebs in the lamps. pavillion dirty and littered with empty cannibis packs."

"Liquor watered down for happy hour fot quite sometime. We did not get complimentary breakfast tickets. We waited in line and were turned away because we didn’t have ticket. Went to front desk to get ticket man at cront desk asked us fifty questions and I finally said look up my booking just give us tickets. Fot tickets had to wait in line all over again. Very humiliating and embarrassing. We used to stay at hotel now its about every other month. Food always room temperature. 12.00 parking per car crazy. Free bottled water discontinued. Loud metal hitting metal all nite long. Room phone not working."

"Clean rooms, very easy to work with staff, food at restaurant was delicious, drinks were great and bar staff were wonderful. We had to wait for our event and the lobby was a safe and clean and cozy place to work and relax."

"Room was clean but there was an incredibly strong smell of what I can only describe as “public bathroom cleaner/disinfectant”. It gave me a headache the first night. The hotel was full so I couldn’t try a different room to see if it was any better. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The floor in the room felt sticky. Two of the pillows were filled with actual torn up pieces of foam. People smoking weed on the outdoor walkway below my room, others smoking, so opening the door to air it out wasn’t an option. Bed was decently comfortable but that was about it. Overall it felt a little sketchy. Breakfast was awful, only thing really edible was the fresh apples"
