"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy."

"Great location for everything Chicago. Very nice breakfast in the lobby to buy, French toast was our favorite. Extremely comfortable room, bathroom and bed. Front desk was helpful, caring and efficient. Internal fan was quite loud so we decided to keep it on rather than using the on/off auto setting like an airplane engine coming&going; does cover lake street train sounds though. "The hotel was beautiful and well kept. It is situated in a very safe and walkable part of Chicago. The hotel doors are locked after 9pm with access only via hotel card. I felt very safe and secure there. Lots of food options and attractions nearby to walk to. The staff were very friendly and there is a designated ride share spot. The room is well stocked with snacks and drink assortments (for additional charge) but super convenient!
My only complaint was the hotel restaurant was short...
