"Coming in to the room, i had to turn the AC on to start cooling the room in 100 plus degree weather. Ac was a little loud. We had holes in the fitted sheet. Ice machine was broken and they said they are waiting for it to be replaced. Elevator would work to go up to the 2nd floor but we had to take the stairs going back down. "The staff was very nice but the hotel needs a major update. The rooms have very old stained carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen are very worn. I stayed at the property because my AC was out and needed a cold place to sleep. It was good for that only. Would not vacation here"

"If I could give this hotel ZERO stars, I would. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
I checked into the hotel around 1:30 AM, went to my room, and immediately found dried blood stains on the bed sheets. That alone should be completely unacceptable at any hotel. I was exhausted, so instead of making a huge issue out of it in the middle of the night, I slept on the other side of the bed and planned to have it taken care of the next day.
