Great place to stay, jacuzzi room was surprisingly huge and very very clean. Great city location thats a few minutes away from most attractions. Our truck was broken into through the window on our second night while being parked in the back of the hotel. Staff credited us a free stay for the trouble and i was able to replace the stolen items.

Hotel was nice and clean, jacuzzi room was huge! On our second night our truck got broken into through the window but the hotel ended up crediting us a free stay. Great hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Honestly Id park in the front of the hotel if possible. Houston has a bad vandelism problem.

The hotel is well located, close to important highways and not too far from the Houston Museums area. However, the beds were too uncomfortable, and the room had a "humidity" odor (which I guess is kind of expected in Houston).

Great staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Just make sure if you are traveling with someone with disabilities, you request an ADA room. The toilet is only about 12-14 inches off the ground.

We really like this property. The room was nice but the bed was too soft for us. There was a lot noise from street racers. Other then that it was great place.

I found the service quite good for a three star hotel. The relation cost/benefit is high due to the low prices. The room and the lobby have a mold smell, maybe due to humidity. The hotel should try to improve the ventilation in these areas in order they could be dyer, or apply some drying process on them.

We stayed in Houston for the Houston Thanksgiving Turket Trot. The reviews had us worries but it was one night. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and quiet. Staff was also friendly and the breakfast was quite nice as well. The bed was also very comfortable would stay there again if we need to stay in Houston in the future.
