"The room was dirty. There were caps from bottles on the floor. My son got bitten twice by some insect in the room. We arrived 11 pm, checked out following days cause it was so disgusting"

"I paid for a king size bed and they didn't have any so they gave us 2 double beds and wouldn't adjust my price. I expect a reduced price for credit"

"This is a super convenient option from JFK Airport. We were here for a weekend trip to see family and needed something affordable, but clean and had good service. This was the best option we found in the area. Also highly recommend the Lucky Boy restaurant across the street. This is a Greek restaurant with really good food. It was also a close location the things and people we wanted to see"

"Everything was good there as far as cleanliness, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was great and always available for handicap which we needed and used. One thing, they need a o get the printer fixed be cause I could not print my boarding pass."

"The hotel is in a great location. There is a diner and a Starbucks you can walk to easily. The hotel was clean, room was clean and the property was well maintained. If youve stayed at Hampton Inn before you know what kind of breakfast they have. Its decent, filling and free. My only issue was the bed was way too soft. If needed though I would stay here again because of its location."

"The free shuttle came in very handy both ways. The room was pretty basic, but size was large. Rooms are little on old side, but cleaned every day. The hotel is also located near a 7/11 and a Burger King, so food and drinks nearby. Also near public transportation so easy to get around."

"Great location in relation to JFK. Don't get room 305. You hear highway noise all night. When requesting a room there you should ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. It is a great hotel at a great price, clean, good amenities, good bar, nice crowd. Again, with the caveat I mentioned above the only reason you would have a highway side room is If you find truck and car noises soothing, then it is the room for you.
