"Clean room , good AC"

"Our check-in went seamlessly and we were assigned a quiet room as requested. The room was nicely appointed and clean. Our breakfast was good. Everything about our stay was just fine and the price was right."

"The property tries to charge additional fees at check in for water and electricity usage. The room is not clean and the ac barely works. The front desk has bars up and is unavailable during normal business hours. Multiple long term tenants that are extremely noisy and the Marijuana smoke will stop you in your tracks. The refrigerator is gross and the ice trays still have stickers in the bottom under the ice cubes."
