"Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. "Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"The hotel location was wonderful for touring since it was right by the Courthouse train station. The room was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was great. Shout out to the breakfast staff. They really work hard to ensure everything is fresh and hot, with a good variety of offerings. Happy Hour was nice. Several restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking in the deck, although it is a tight space. Would 100% stay there again and recommend."

"A good place for an airport stop although we booked it thinking it was on site but it needed a taxi / transfer. Staff were brilliant. Customer service excellent Rooms were a bit tired especially the bathroom but as a place to stay when travelling would highly recommend"
