Fine stay on the way

I just had to spend the night on my way from Denmark to Berlin and for that it was perfect. But there was a constant noice from some sort og machinery, so if you are sensitive to that, it is good to know.

Fine and cheap

As a hotel things are fine. But my wife and I joked about it was the hotel without smiles. Absolutely none of the staff smiles or seem friendly. There is nothing wrong with the service and the work the staff do. But there just isn’t any smiles going along with it:-) Breakfast is totally overpriced. 50€ for 2 adults and a small kid! For a quality poor buffet.

Restaurant poor menu's not along of choices close the bar at 9.30pm and people wanting to have a drink and food big hotel poor service in Restaurant it should be open till midnight being a hotel guest

The hotel gym needs more flexible opening hours!

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied - the room was spacious and clean although the pillow was way to soft for my liking. The a la carte menu as well as breakfast buffet was fine. However, it's a major minus that the hotel gym didn't open until 9am - I believe it said 8am on the door, but that's a mistake, I guess. When checking at the reception if I could use it earlier, I was informed that it wasn't possible due to cleaning. Nobody cleans a hotel gym at 6am...

Double payment

I booked and payed extra via Hotels.com for a 3 person room, after the stay i had to pay 30€ extra to the hotel for the extra bed. So the total price for the bed ended up at 55€. According to hotels.com the first 25 Euro was for the right to sleep 3 in the room and the last 30 for renting the bed... After this strange double payment ill stop using hotels.com and begin to book directly at the hotels so i am sure to get what i pay for. The third bed was with springs broken and in poor condition. Most of the facilities in the hotel including the indoor skiing were closed.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir waren zu einer Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen und haben gemeinsam mit vielen anderen Gästen an einem leckeren Bufettessen teigenommen und anschließend an einer stimmungsvollen Party. Es war alles einfach super schön.

Lidt skimmelsvamp ved bade karret, spindelvæv fra lamper i badeværelset, ikke rengjort over skulderhøjde siden det blev bygget, der er stadig blyant streger på fliser fra da håndværkere har installeret vvs. Vægge på værelset trænger til maling. Morgenmad var fantastisk og rigtig god aftensmad, omend menukortet var lidt kort. Søde og venlige medarbejdere.

Roadtrip

Väldigt speciellt hotell, ligger helt off men hade det man behövde för en natt, rena och fina rum. Frukosten hade allt man behövde och man fick äta med utsikt över inomhusskidbacken. Kan tänka mig att detta ställe är helt fullbokat under säsong, nu var vi väldigt ensamma på 30 tusen kvadrat.

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Anbindung zur Autobahn A24, wobei man die Autobahn nicht spürt oder hört. Zu dem Hotel gehört noch eine Skihalle, eine Kartbahn und viele andere Outdoormöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist standardmäßig ausgestattet. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen, sodass ausreichend Möglichkeit für Unternehmungen vorhanden waren. Die Hotelzimmer sind auch standardmäßig, aber im Sommer sehr warm. Es gibt auch noch eine Sauna im Hotel. Drei verschiedene Saunen stehen zur Verfügung.
