This is by far the *cleanest* hotel I have ever stayed in, with the most friendly and helpful staff ever! Do get a room with view onto the lake, as it is fantastic. Note that they also have bike rentals (and they are good bikes) and it is worth taking the bike trips around the lakes.

This is a very nice property with clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and dinner. A boardwalk next to the lake is in front of the property.

A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good.

Major shower problem on day 1. Reported it straightaway: they kept saying it was solved but it wasn't. Only on the last night (stayed 4 nights!) did they say it was probably a building problem. Offered to let us have a shower in another room. Complaint and request for a discount resulted in a measly 20 Euros discount per night. V poor service an response: shame as it is a nice hotel.

Mycket bra och trevligt hotell i lilla Schwerin. Lite utanför centrum men lätt att promenera in till stan. Som alla något äldre hotell i Europa så saknas AC. Det var 35 grader varmt när vi var där så det var varmt i rummet på natten. Hotellet har en privat brygga med solstolar och badstege vilket var underbart i värmen. Rent, snyggt och mysigt. Väldigt bra personal. Gratis parkering. Bor gärna här igen.

Dejligt hotel, beliggende på fin havnepromenade. Fine rene værelser. Rigtig fin og varieret morgenmadsbuffet. Meget fine parkeringsforhold bag lukket bom. Restauranten kan også anbefales.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Das Ambiente einfach herrlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber, nur die Küche war unter uns und auch die Müllkübel standen direkt unter unserem Fenster. Wenn dann das Personal auch noch raucht ist das sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten eine herrliche Lage und vor allem eine ruhige Umgebung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert. Die Zimmer waren modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am See bietet sowohl Ruhe als auch einen schönen Blick. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der moderne und sehr schöne Spabereich.

Wir sind übers Wochenende hier eingecheckt, da wir zum Geburtstag eingeladen waren und Verwandte besucht haben. Ich habe online eingecheckt, deshalb war das Ankommen unkompliziert und vorbereitet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und wir wurden mit den notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Parkplatz, großzügig und kostenfrei vorhanden. Positiv empfanden wir, dass eine ungefähre Frühstückszeit angegeben werden sollte. Dadurch war der Raum nicht überfüllt, Wartezeiten werden vermieden. Ein reichhaltiges, sehr gut sortiertes, Frühstück rundeten den Tagesstart ab. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal auch hier. Ein sehr komfortables Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Ziegelsee rundeten den positiven Aufenthalt ab. Wir werden wiederkommen. Ein großes Lob an das Personal in allen Bereichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhed helt ned til søen. Alle ansatte er smilende, imødekommende og servicemindede. Morgenmaden var okay. Vi sad længe og ventede på eksempelvis opfyldning af vand og pålæg og måtte selv gøre opmærksom på det.

Hotel in gute Lage

Die Lage ist gut - am See Promenade und nicht weit von Zentrum und Schloss Schwerin. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich einfach aber O.K. Sauna ist super, das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal im Service ist sehr freundlich.

Virker lidt outdated hvad interiør og faciliteter angår. Ville ikke umiddelbart sige det var et 4 stjernet hotel. Men et fint ophold og ligger flot ud til en sø. Ok aftensmad og morgen buffet.
