"The staff- Especially Vicky at the front desk, and Slav the front of house manager for the restaurant, were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spotless and beautiful - as are the grounds. Location was super for hikers. Recommend this modern yet charming hotel 110%"

"The family room was large with air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of good quality towels, shower gel and a body moisturiser in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee (machine). The staff could not have been more helpful with our questions and requests. We were allowed to check in earlier (£20 fee). Their pizzas were really good. "Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy."

"The property is in a remote position but ideal for accessing everything the Cotswolds offers by car. Warm welcome and service and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Will definately rebook when we visit the area again. "

"Great foo, comfortable room and friendly staff."

"I stayed one night. All interactions with staff were good, they seemed keen to try to do the best they could. I may have been lucky with my room but everything worked OK and it was in a quiet location which I really liked. The bar was fine, evening meal good and breakfast too. For what I paid I would say it was good value and very rare that I visit a hotel without a problem so thank you to the staff at the Dog House!"

"Liked the property as clean and had a lovely bath. The food was good even if they forgot to put sausages on my breakfast. Very easily sorted one i spotted them missing. Great staff and a nice atmosphere. Busy but not too crowded "
