We stayed in Lily’s room and it was amazing! Beautiful spacious room with jacuzzi tub and double shower. The balcony had a great river view. It was convenient to town but a block away so it was private and quiet. Would stay again!

Room was good but very cold at first. I think we were the first to stay at the building recently and our room was very cold. The view was amazing and the room was clean. Did not get to try the jet tub but it looked clean.

It was a cute little place. The nice standing lamps on each side of the bed had phone charging stations. Loved the Roku TVs to use Amazon. Close to the Broadway strip. Great location. The rooms do need some updates, but was nice and clean. No smell. It was nice to have chairs for each room on the balcony as well.

Total bait and switch. The app and info shows a stately place only to pull up to it with the rooms you stay in behind it that is nothing more than a subpar, poorly maintained motel. "Suite" is a king bed next to a pull out sofa in a standard room layout. The sink, toilet and shower have not been updated in decades.

The property is a beautiful house, but it is in need of an update. It lacks outlets, unable to open windows, and when we got there there was no soap or shampoo on our room (Master Room) in the Blue house. Aldo, front desk does not pick up the phone calls or return messages. It’s a shame. This place has a great location.

The room overlooked the river which was absolutely gorgeous from inside the room, on the porch if the house where you can enjoy coffee it from the bench overlooking the river outside. This is about one block away from the main Dells attractions.

When we checked in, the room we were given was NOTHING like the pictures shown online. We were given a room that was in a motel complex and then they attempted to upsell us a nicer room after they originally told us those were the only rooms available. When I told them the room given to us was not even displayed online as an option and that was fraud, they then offered to give us our money back.

The breakfast was great every morning. It was buffet style and had great options. Fruit, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, mini cinnamon rolls, cereal. My fiancé and i really enjoyed our stay. We were in the Lily room and it was perfect! We had a double shower, a 2 person jetted tub and a nice size balcony that looked out over the river. The only thing i would not that was not great was the mattress. We didnt sleep great as it was pretty uncomfortable. Overall though i was so happy we stayed there. The room was priced great and the location was ideal!

After deciding on a 4-day getaway in The Dells with my hubby, then contemplating the numerous accommodations, we stumbled upon The White Rose Inn and are so happy we did!We chose the Summer Room in the Sherman House. Absolutely the loveliest room with the most wonderful views overlooking The Wisconsin River!!

Do not stay here!!!! Difficult to check-in. No one was at the office. We left 4 hours after because our bed was FULL of BED BUGS!! The manager told me they don’t have bed bugs and I need to leave. So at 11:00pm we left and found a much cleaner hotel!

We recently stated at theWhite Rose Inn for 3 nights in the motel portion of the Inn and have no idea why all of the reviews were positive. When we saw the reviews online we were expecting a cute & charming inn, but were met by an Inn that was unwelcoming, dirty and crammed. Breakfast was astonishingly the only average part of our stay, every other aspect was disappointing. In our “Deluxe Double Room” there was hardly any space. The entire room had two small side tables and two sunken in chairs, no table, closet or even dresser. I have no clue what they think the word deluxe means. The space felt uninviting with no room for our belongings. The space did not feel as clean with dead bugs under our beds, in the bathroom and on the walls. The sheets and towels had stains before use. We felt required to carefully inspected each part of the bed skeptical of its cleanliness. upon laying in bed we were kept awake by how itchy the sheets were and repeated had to check to make sure they were actually clean. We did not find bugs. after the first night of terrible sleep, we felt so uncomfortable the sheets we slept on top of the comforter and got a blanket of our own. Shortly after we found better deals at other venues, but were unable to get any refunds so we begrudgingly stayed. On more than one occasion we heard guests arguing outside

Overall a very nice experience. I the property could benefit from some general sprucing up, but it is by no means unclean. The rooms were nicely appointed. The Summer Room had a wonderful view of the river and an adjacent park. One note—the summer room has a claw foot tub and handheld shower.

Husband and I went for a two night getaway while wanting to stay close to downtown Dells. Perfect for what we needed. Walkable like one block from downtown and easy access. Simple nothing crazy small room. Cleanliness could be better but not horrible, just mostly dusty floor around bed and bedspring cover needed a cleaning. Other than that, bed and towels good, clean bathroom. Small fridge and microwave for little things. Roku TV in guest mode so you can sign into your things while your stay and once check out date his, info deleted. That was nice. They do have bigger rooms in other buildings/homes on property I'd like to stay at next time. Free breakfast was great! View from breakfast hall was beautiful of the river. Outside Grounds area was peaceful and open. Didn't get a chance to try the outdoor pool but people were enjoying it when we got there. Happy overall, will stay again.

I enjoyed the quiet. The location is within walking distance to all the shopping. The riverwalk is close by. Breakfast was wonderful served daily, all you could eat. I will recommend as well as return for another visit.
