"Nice enough room. I enjoyed staying at Hotel Rome over the other site. Our bracelets won't work to get in and out of bldg and rooms. They gave us cards instead. Indoor Waterpark was not open, that truly sucked. It was a good vacation. Those issues really aren't a deterent. We will probably be back."

"Breakfast was great and they had an oatmeal bar. One of their hot items changes each day too. Hotel is quiet and has a good location. Nice size rooms. We had to ask for towels…none were in our room. We also had to ask for soap & a bag for the ice bucket as they also weren’t in our room. We needed someone to fix the tv because it wasn’t working and the fitted sheets kept coming off in the middle of the night."

"Clean and nice pool and hot tub. Room was excellent for the price we paid. Only critique is the breakfast. Very very disappointing variety of items. Only toast, bagels, cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, anything like that. Other than that great hotel for the price"

"Beautiful river view from the 4th floor. Lobby and restaurant staff were top notch. Food quality was great. Would have loved to have used to the facilities at the other Natura properties in The Dells, but we couldn’t find the time."
