We will be back

Great modern room with a impressive view of the vally. Nide to have a balcony. Room was great and clean, beds perfect. Only downside was the pool. It was dirty so we did not go in.

Super mooie locatie en fijne huisje! Wij zijn vaak naar de zwembad geweest en de skipistes dichtbij waren niet te druk en ook divers genoeg. Verbeterpunten: de wifi in ons huis werkte niet. Wij hebben het aangegeven bij de receptie maar geen verbetering gezien. De restaurant op de begane grond was onder bezet, alleen een persoon die de drinks en pizza’s moesten verzorgen. Dat duurde heel lang. De volgende avond was er weer pizza’s op het menu - iets meer afwisseling was wel gewenst. Het geluidsniveau in de zwembad is heel hoog. Het zou ook fijn zijn als ze daar een klok had hangen zo dat jij de tijd kan zien.

Het complex heeft een ingewikkelde indeling in 4 huizen die verbonden zijn. Lange gangen en veel trappen, op en neer. Er is geen lift. Sjouwen met bagage. Het ligt wel mooi, overal bergzicht. Groot binnenzwembad. Kamer zijn ruim en comfortabel.

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen/Frühstück, aber leider ein sehr schmutziges Zimmer. Überall schwarze lange Haare vom Vorgänger & Schmutz in allen Ecken. Handtücher für 3.Person fehlten. Kapselmaschine nicht gereinigt und die Kapseln fehlten komplett. Pool war eisig kalt und nicht nutzbar. Einen Kinderclub, wie auf der Homepage geschrieben, gibt es nicht mehr.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check In ging fix. Selbsteinchecken an Terminals wäre auch möglich gewesen. Bademäntel und Handtücher für die Sauna wurden uns in einer praktischen Tasche mitgegeben. Es gibt viele Treppen und keinen Aufzug, ein Sporthotel ;) Die Lage ist super zum Wandern oder Radeln. Unser Zimmer war praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Einen Balkon gab es auch, leider aber keine Leselampe auf einer Bettseite. Sauna und Schwimmbad gefielen uns auch sehr gut. Bis zu diesem Punkt hätte ich tatsächlich 10 Punkte vergeben, alles stimmte, aber das Frühstück war leider für ein Viersternehotel enttäuschend. Der Raum war dunkel und sehr holzlastig. An der Decke waren Bretter befestigt, durch die man viele Stromkabel sehen konnte. Auch die Essensauswahl überzeugte uns nicht. Da sind wir vom Arnsberger Dorinth viel Besseres gewohnt.

Leider haben die Key Cards nicht an allen Türen funktioniert an denen die es sollten. Einen Fernseher im Zimmer der sich immer wieder eingeschaltet hat nach dem ausschalten. Das hat uns die Nachtruhe gekostet. Durch die Hanglage des Hotels gibt es viele Etagen mit sehr vielen Treppen. Sehr Anstrengend für Leute, die nicht wirklich Fit sind. Sehr Lobenswert ist die Freudlichkeit des Personals.

Mit der Behausung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nur leider waren wir nicht alleine im Haus. Mäuse haben sich versteckt die man hören und teilweise sehen konnte. Da sollte man vielleicht drauf achten und eventuell gegenwirken.

Zu hoch im Preis für den Zustand des Hotels.

Zimmer sehr ungepflegt vor dem Bett ein riesiger Pfleck so das man nicht ohne Schuhe über den Teppich laufen möchte. Parkplatz ist sehr seltsam vor dem Hotel ein riesiger leerer Parkplatz ohne gebühren. Und im Hotelzimmer wird beim einschalten des TV gewarnt das man 250,-€ zahlen muss wenn man an der Strasse parkt. Was so nicht der wahrheit entspricht.

Schöne Anlage im Grünen, bzw nahe an der Skipiste.

Schöne Anlage. Aber: Es wird gerade intensiv im Bereich der Ferienwohnungen der Innenausbau renoviert. (… sogar Sonntags). Die Bedienungen sind teils sehr zuvorkommend, teils leider recht verschlossen. Das Parken auf der Anlage ist bequem und günstig. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut - und neu.

Huisje was niet zo proper, maar wel gezellig en ruim. Door de strenge covidmaatregelen voor onze 7-jarige zoon (om de 24u een negatieve test) niet van zwembad en ontbijt kn gebruiken (moest steeds naar winterberg centrum vr een tezt)

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren einmal richtig guter Service! Trotz eines kleines Problems mit einem Keller hat die Geschäftsleitung unproblematisch entschieden! Dafür Danke!

Eine schöne Anlage, die den Vorteil hat, dass man Frühstück zubuchen kann, auch wenn man in einem Ferienhäuschen wohnt. Die Häuschen sind modern eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet.
