"Outdoor pool was nice.Food was good but expensive. Rooms could be clean but not horrific. There was a staff person or someone working on a room on the second floor and threw down a box from the second floor to the ground and almost hit our car but worse could have hit someone else. All around it was a good stay and great location to all of the attractions near by."

"Hotel is beautiful but the rooms need a little update and maintenance. It’s centrally located so transport to Universal City Walk Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure just a boat ride away. Quick ride to Epic as well, so super convenient. Overall I was pleased with our stay. With a little updating of the bathrooms and maybe adding a few amenities like free bottled water for the Kerig and/or a water filling station in the ice machine room, this would be a perfect 5 stars. "

"Check-in was ok, staff was pretty helpful but a bit surly. Property is old and in need of renovation but clean enough. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. The sink in the bathroom had plenty of pressure but not the shower. It was barely a trickle! The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit. The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs. Check out was easy since I was pre-paid. The shuttle drivers need to pay more attention to road signs. One driver ran three stop signs! And, unfortunately my seat in the shuttle did not have a working seat belt. Overall the stay was ok and the shuttle got me to and from the airport so I can't complain too much."

"Great choices reminded me of college cafeteria/campus a lot of things to do, great gym and pool options. Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. It was great, if I had to give one bad thing would only be that I had to pay for parking but they do provide a bus to take you to the parks so that makes up for it since you don’t have to pay attraction parking fees."
