"The Room was clean and spacious. The food was good but a, warming, stone would have, ensured, a more desirable temperature. The Hotel is fabulous with all kinds of artifacts and information, pertaining, to the building. The location is excellent. The Bathtub is a real treat! I enjoyed every, moment. The water is hot and the pressure is good: Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large, disparity....

"The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies working the front desk. Our room could have been cleaned better. We found a pair of prescription glasses in the corner on the floor, and a disposable coffee cup sleeve in the corner where the lounge chair was located. There was also a lot of dust under the rolling desk area. The walls in the shower need to be replaced due to water damage. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and stocked with pool towels. "The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower."
