"Phenomenal across the board. The staff was amazing, Ellie specifically was amazing. We were in town for my 50th birthday and my wife had asked Ellie about getting a small cake or treat for the room. Instead we had a house made desert sampler with macaroons cheesecakes bites chocolate covered strawberry and more along with a very kind hand written birthday note. "From staff to cleanliness, everything was perfect. There was flexibility with a quiet room for my birthday celebration and treats waiting at the room. Snack bar in the rooms came in handy and the amenities smelled great. Room was super cute!"

"There is no parking. Not even anywhere to park during check in. All parking is “Off Site” aka “Street parking”. The closest we could get was 3 blocks to check in. We decided to find another hotel and the hotel refused to refund or cancel our stay. We would have been fine with paying 1 night but they elected to keep all 3 nights of our money."
