"It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space. "

"Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned...

"My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at...

"I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. "This place is “cleaner looking” since it got a Margaritaville facelift. Rugs were replaced in our room with a nice floor. Staff was friendly. Lifeguards were doing their jobs. Steel drummer in the lobby was awesome! -Waterpark and pool did not work until after we checked out. We were refunded for waterpark passes and received a credit for that, and we were able to come back and use the waterpark for a few hours.
