Excellent location! Very nice, quiet street with shops nearby. Close enough to roll suitcase from tube station which is on line with Heathrow. Easy public transportation to all sites but walkable to palaces, Hyde Park and downtown sites.

Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!

The room was clean and spacious. More spacious than some "not budget" places I've stayed. They have food on-site which is great for an "airport" hotel when you don't have a rental car.
