"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! All of our needs were met with courteous and prompt attention. The property had a lot to offer, although we didn’t take advantage of them due...

"Plenty of parking!"

"Service was great- rooms were clean sand the pool. I just didn’t sleep well due to the AC going on/off all night and my room was next to the elevator. There seemed to be no other rooms available when I asked (I even offered to downgrade rooms)."

"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."

"The men’s room soap dispenser, towel dispenser, and water sink faucet didn’t work right."

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"This hotel was terrible. Why was it even on the list of choices? The pictures were completely out of date and glamorized. The first room we got smelled like moldy carpet and the sofabed didn't fit into the couch properly. We changed rooms which was better but not much. Smh. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old and stained, the sheets were old and stained, hallways littered with crumbs. Dishwasher had a terrible odor and don't think it worked. "We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly. The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. "The building is over 100 year old and the stairways are falling a part not even level and the most terrible part is there is no sound proof and next to I 90 interstate hiwsy and all night so noisy that it us impossible to sleep without sleeping pills I will never go back "
