"I am very concerned about my recent stay from March 22–26, 2026. At around 3:00 AM, March 26, 2026 someone unexpectedly opened our room door while we were asleep and even turned on the lights. This was extremely alarming and made us feel unsafe. I immediately went to report the incident, but the only response I received was a simple apology and that a note would be made. It was a convenient and painless stay, with an ac in the room, a tv, a ten min walk from downtown, and a quick check in.
