I asked for an additional bayh towel 3 times and never received it. As well as a garbage waste can to throw away garbage we never had in our room. We asked the staff to get the toilet seat tighten and never got that done as well.we will stay at this place again

The room above me had kids jumping around from 7pm to 2 am for 3 consecutive days, made the front desk aware of the issue and it stopped for 30 minutes then back to noise
