"This is our third time staying at Carter Creek and it is always a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out the customer service is always outstanding. A special shout out to Danielle who sent welcoming emails and also called to let us know we could check into our room earlier than check-in time. David was our server in the restaurant and he provided outstanding service and made our dining experience so special. Sarah checked us out and she was so sweet.
