"The hotel is undoubtedly high-end, but the staff is terrible. They hide many details only to charge you for them at the end. It doesn’t matter if you pay in advance—upon arrival, they will try to recalculate everything. When we arrived, one of the two rooms wasn’t ready, so we had to wait nearly 45 minutes. Even then, they relocated us, placing our rooms apart with another room in between, despite having booked them together to keep our family close. For comfort and the view, I would recommend it—but when it comes to the staff and how they treat guests, it’s honestly a nightmare. Also, no matter how much you adjust the thermostat, the heating is set very high. It was so hot at night that we had to open the balcony. There are far better options throughout Niagara. Not everything that glitters is gold—appearances can be deceiving."

"They had me pay $100 for an upgrade which had a worst view and then at 2 am the smoke detector started beeping a woke me up- took two visits and over 20 min to fix- swapped out entire smoke detector in each room"
