"The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. We didn’t want to order in-room dining every time but we didn’t want to necessarily walk to get breakfast somewhere. My only complaint is that you have to turn on your lights with a remote control and that was a little tricky at times because we sometimes just wanted the bathroom light on, but it would turn everything else on.
