"WE WALKED IN AND CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION! It’s filthy and the man at the front desk was immediately rude when we arrived early, telling us there’s a $50 early arrival fee before he even said hello. "

"The room was clean, staff was very nice. The lights outside the room window was very bright at night, could use some extra curtains on the the sides of the blinds to help keep some of the light out while trying to sleep at night."

"The staff were very friendly and the property itself was easy to get to, clean and felt safe. The housekeeping staff could clean better though. We had a coffee stain on our fitted sheet and mattress our first night. They replaced the sheet once we asked but don’t even attempt to clean the mattress. The smell was pretty strong when we laid down. The corners of our bathroom were pretty gross too, behind the doors. You could tell the hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had hair in the corners. "

"Could have a better hair dryer, I did not get bottle of water for the room."
