The location is ideal for koreatown where I frequently kpop shop hop. Everything is walking distance and the plaza across the street has exceptional food options and an HMart. "I would rate this property a solid C+. It is fine. For where it is located (Beverly Hills adjacent), it's quite inexpensivce - just over $200 per night. Parking was a very reasonable $10 in their underground parking which was great. The rooms are small and not well appointed. "Parking is pricey at 65$ for valet. But convenient. Room was clean, but nothing spectacular except the view. But it was a bed, a bathroom, and couch. What really blew me away was the hospitality. "The hotel is new, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient shop locations. It was perfect for what we needed. One difficulty is parking since no lot is connected to the hotel, and there is no real drop off area designated for the hotel. They charge $47 per night if you need to park a vehicle. They do have a small driveway area where they allow guest drop off and pick for about 20 minutes. "
