"Location is great. Steps from the boardwalk. Location is right at Sams pizza. We stayed across the street at the island breeze annex. The unit was clean, had a large refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. Pool was refreshing and lots of chairs around. Only complaint is with daily service. Room was never really tidyed up by housekeeping, maybe I could have asked for vacuuming. I have 2 young kids so vacuuming is essential. I emptied my own trash in exchange for new trash bags,...

"Everything is new. On boardwalk. Nice patio overlooking the boardwalk with comfortable padded furniture. Nice pool. Everyone seems pleasant and willing to help with anything you might need. I will definitely stay again. I checked in about 3 hours early "

"My wife and I recently enjoyed a two night stay at Summer Nites. Sheila and her husband have a wonderful property with an amazing attention to detail around a 50s theme. They provided an extraordinary and filling breakfast each morning. Complimentary bike usage was a nice touch. We also took advantage of two hot tubs which was wonderful after a long drive. Location is only 2 blocks to the beach/boardwalk and an easy drive to several fun waterfront restaurants. We could not recommend this more if...
