"My family of 4 (two adults, two teens) rented a private family room with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and minimalistic. The hostel is in a great location--a short walk to nearby subway and above-ground train stations and adjacent to neighborhoods with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. You really cannot beat the price for what you get!"

"Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Der Bau ist vermutlich aus den 20er Jahren, die Decken sind hoch und stuckverziert. Die Athmosphäre ist traumhaft. Das Zimmer war komplett in Ordnung. Das Personal war super freundlich, sprach verschiedene Sprachen. Die Lounge war klasse, Sofas, eine Bar, Bücherregale, sehr zum Wohlfühlen. "

"Mir hat es sehr gefallen vor allem die seperate Küche wo man sich selbst was zubereiten kann und die Idee mit dem Kühlschrank und Beschriftung der eigenen Lebensmittel finde ich richtig gut "

"We stayed in a private room and bath for two. This is not a real hotel. It's a retreat house for groups, mostly teens and young adults and adult chaperons. There's no housekeeping during the stay, no TV in room, no hairdryer, etc. But for the price, the location near the main train station is excellent. "Schönes Zimmer, Kontaktloses check in. Ungünstig war nur das vorige abstellen von Gepäck. Check in war erst ab 15:00 möglich und kein Ansprechpartner, wo man das hinterlegen könnte. Also mussten wir wieder zurück zum hbf und dort das Gepäck lagern. Auch braucht man eine Nummer zum einchecken, welche Angeblich in der Mail Bestätigung enthalten sein sollte. Dort war sie aber nicht. Erst nach langer suche war sie über die expedia app einsehbar. Und selbst dort nicht gut ausgeschildert....

Staff when above and beyond, by accident I left some personal items on my room locker and, Carla was kind enough to send the items over my US address. Will come back next year.
