"We had a wonderful stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All-Inclusive! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The service throughout our visit was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The resort itself is stunning, featuring beautifully maintained gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and a fantastic variety of pools and beach areas to enjoy. The all-inclusive options were outstanding. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swandor Hotels & Resort, Topkapi Palace - All-Inclusive. "The property and staff were outstanding. The only disappointment was that we ate at the rooftop restaurant the the service was horrrible. The server never came by and when we asked another server for something, they would radio our server, who would eventually come by and then the same cycle over again. I would NOT recommend eating at the rooftop restaurant. "

"Easy to check in as an English speaker, staff lovely. Visited the rooftop bar most nights and the staff even remembered our drinks order! We actually got engaged at the hotel so this place is extra special and we will be revisiting! View from rooftop is insanely pretty "
