"At the entrance, we were greeted by a very nice lady. The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was really good, with eggs and sausages. Overall, everything was good except for an indian lady who works at the front desk. I called to ask for assistance with something I had accidentally left in my room, but she was very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, her attitude and poor customer service left a very bad impression."

"We received a warm greeting when we arrived They had heavy rains which made some of the rooms musty, they gave us a good room. They are renovating and bring this lovely hotel back to what it once was. The pool was great and warm, there's an outdoor pool as well Pool towels were always available.The breakfast was incredible, fresh and abundant. They had vegan options. We would stay again"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The only complaint i have is the pool is the size of a bathtub, and it was out of order. Otherwise very nice, clean, staff was great. We would stay there again "

"Most staff were very friendly, just one front desk person was not too nice. Rooms a little musty but comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent. Room service was quick and delicious too. The Grab n Go was meh. I passed on that. Spa was only ok. Nothing spectacular about the services. My hot stone message should have been much better, it was more like a touch of stone. The facial was nice except that she wore latex gloves and that diminished my enjoyment of the facial. It felt weird, it smelled weird and it sounded weird. The spa itself was gorgeous, with breathtaking views. Not a great selection of teas and some of the guests were on their phones in the relaxation area which I find stressful when I'm trying to relax. So no real deal breakers here, I would stay again. But pass on the spa."

The Statler Hotel at Cornell University

"Great view of campus from the room on the 9th floor. Dinner was impressive with choice of local wines: Chardonnay and Riesling. Breakfast has room to improve. Wish we could keep the water bottle as momento."
