"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

"The television did not function during my entire two day stay, even though I reported the problem to the desk clerk minutes after I arrived. Several of the electrical outlets in the room were not properly attached to the wall and were not functional. The outside door closest to my room could not be opened with my room key so I was required to walk the entire length of the hotel each time I entered. The clerk told me the locks didn't work because they were battery powered and they couldn't keep...

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building is older, but clean and maintained. We had a smoke- free room, but the hallways had a strong smoke odor. Location is great. Near restaurants and shopping. I like how the sink is separate from the shower/toilet."
